You are also not allowed to load on soda, fruit juices and alcohol. This is because these are loaded liquid calories which silently kill your weight loss.   • Cereal- It has a high glycemic index and other ingredients. It will lower your possibility of reaching your weight loss goal. You can eat cereal during phase 1 or after the HCG diet. However, you have to load cereal in a minimal amount. There are cereals that are low in glycemic index and other ingredients however, they are hard to find.
  • Processed foods- there are processed foods that are marketed as “healthy”. This usually misleads consumers because of the claims. You have to be careful in purchasing your food items if you are doing the HCG diet. This is because processed foods are loaded with industrial chemicals that can harm your body. Stop loading on junk foods, processed meats and etc. The processed foods can promote rapid storing of unhealthy fats in the hard to reach areas of your body.
